Refund and Replacement Policy
Policy of Replacement and Return :-
Customer has the right to return purchased product(s) within 14 days from the date of receiving it , to be applied according to the following terms and conditions :-
1- presentation of original sales invoice , contract agreement, warranty certificate and maintenance card .
2- Return the product in its original condition ( purchasing status ) and the package has not unsealed or opened at all and contain all its parts, components , and the product has not been used at all or connected to any water source .
3- Method of refund is the same as method of payment (Visa – Cash – Cheque ).
4- Shipping costs include initial and return costs should be deducted.
Replacement policy
Customers has the right to replace the purchased product within 30 days from the day of receiving it , manufacturing defects should be proven however .
Return / Replacement Procedures:
- Client should contact the company, requesting a replace or refund by filling in the request application by visiting this link.
- Aqua representative will contact the client to schedule a pick-up.
- Client Pack the item in its original state and packaging. Hand over the package to the courier representative.
- Once Aqua receive the returned item, we will check and inspect the condition according to our policy above and process the refund or replace the product.
